Jasmine Mickens is a Jersey-born education major with a passion for policy, equity, and empowering underserved communities. Currently finishing her associate’s degree at Essex County College, she will be continuing her studies at Rutgers–Newark in ESL & Bilingual Urban Education. A member of Phi Theta Kappa, Jasmine brings experience in teaching, youth mentorship, and community outreach.

Outside of work, she loves traveling, learning languages, and hanging out with her goldendoodle, Otis.”
