The Radical Educator Apprenticeship Program (REAP) is a community-based education pipeline for youth between 16-25. REAP is a 6-12 week program that provides teens and young adults a deeper understanding of their community’s greatest needs - from food security to civic engagement - through lessons and hands-on activities, while inviting them to imagine solutions.
This immersive program prioritizes urban youth that are BIPOC, LGBTQAI and/or Greater Newark-based. REAP is a personal and workforce development program providing training and mentorship to the next generation of leaders and changemakers.

Become a Trained STEAM URBAN Radical Educator. Taking mentorship, healing, and creativity in education and leadership to the next level. Designed with the student and educator in mind, a Radical Educator can be a young person, teen, parent, teaching artist, seasoned / master professional, an elder, community leader and/or someone who loves to share their lived experiences and viable knowledge to others.
