Sharonda Allen, MPA is a Social Philanthropist, Author, Educator with over 26 years of experience in public school systems. She is an Educational Consultant, Curriculum and Grant Writer, Trained Climate Reality Leader and Climate Activist, Trainer for the NJ Council for Economic Education, Service-Learning Facilitator, Amistad Fellow, TV Talk Show Host for, “We the Village”, Nonprofit Founder and Executive Director (Operation Grow Inc.), Region 1 Membership Coordinator for ASALH, and a Public Speaker. Her educational background is varied; she holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a Minor in Africana Studies, as well as a master’s degree in Public Administration all from Kean University, with a Supervisor’s and Social Studies Certification in Education.
